Account and Data Deletion
Request deletion of a RIGVIDYA account and associated personal data by email. You do not need to access or reinstall the mobile app.
Information to include
- Full name
- Registered email address or phone number
- School or institution name
- Role: learner, parent or guardian, teacher, administrator or staff
- Learner name and relationship, where applicable
- A clear description of the account or data you want deleted
Do not include passwords or one-time codes.

Requests are normally processed within 30 days after successful verification, subject to institutional and legal retention requirements.
What may be deleted or anonymised
Eligible profile details, contact information, uploaded personal content, notification tokens, support information and other account-linked personal data may be deleted or anonymised. Authentication access and active sessions associated with a deleted account will be revoked.
What may need to be retained
Academic, attendance, audit, security, financial, dispute-related or legally required records may need to be retained by RIGVIDYA or the institution. Retained records remain protected and are used only for legitimate institutional or legal purposes.
